Rennet Casein
Natural milk protein produced from pasteurised skimmed milk coagulated with the enzyme rennet. Once coagulated, the caseins are divided from whey, filtered and dried. Rennet casein has high functionality. Its characteristics make it a key ingredient in many different food applications including processed cheese, cheese powder and analogue cheese.

Acid Casein
Milk protein produced by acid precipitation of casein from fresh pasteurised skimmed milk. It has excellent emulsifying and water binding properties.

Potassium Caseinate
